Internet Resources (ASN, IPv4, IPv6), allocated or assigned by LACNIC comply on the Registration Service agreement signed by LACNIC and the organization receiving the resources.
They also comply with the current policies for Internet Resources allocation and assignment.

According to this agreement, an allocation or assignment is valid while the requirements presented to LACNIC as a justification for the allocation or assignment. are also still valid.
It will be also valid while all clauses of the agreement are respected.

Considering this, LACNIC has the right to revoke any Internet Resource allocation or assignment. This would happen, basically, on the following situations:

• no usage of the allocated or assigned resource in the period of 12 months after the registration and according to the resource recovering policy: http://lacnic.net/documentos/lacnicix/LAC-2006-02-EN.pdf
• not complying with the clauses of the Registration Services Agreement, like for instance, not paying the renovation and maintenance fees.
• clear proof that the allocation or assignment no more complies with the justifications presented when the allocation or assignment was made.

Following a list of Internet Resources already revoked.
